Sometimes you need to just name the bad behavior and what it does to the human on the receiving end. Hopefully, circumventing politics.

First line reads “they / them”, next line reads “If you will not”, third line says “call me by my” next line says, “pronounces”. Fifth line reads “then clearly your” Sixth line reads “AIM is to be”, last line reads “hurtful.”

the words they, will not, AIM are in the color pink. The words them, pronouns, is to be are in the color blue. The word hurtful is in the color orange and is italicized. Everything else is in white. The words WILL NOT and AIM are capitalized.
