FAQs

Why didn’t I get an emailed receipt of my transaction and shipping info?

I don’t know yet, but I’m working on solving that so it’s automated. If you don’t hear anything from me within 24 hours after placing an order please email me so we can try to figure out what went wrong.

Why don’t you offer any other colors than Navy, Black, and Grey?

Part 1: At this time the printer/drop shipper I use is not size inclusive in any other colors. Having lived in a body most of my life that mainstream brands didn’t include sizes for, I don’t like making available other colors if someone is “Too small” or “too large”.

Why are your designs on the simpler side, use lots of white and don’t use fancy graphics?

When you are low vision if something has a lot of detail or a lot of colors it can be very difficult to get your brain to recognize what you are seeing. So I try to stick to simple high contrast designs that are also interesting for folks who’s eyes work better than mine.

Why don’t I see my disability represented?

I either haven’t gotten there yet or I don’t have enough lived experience of a disability and haven’t found people to have a good conversation with about how they should be represented.

Why don’t I see my gender or sexuality represented?

How you relate in you head to your body and who your attracted to is very personal. Just like humanity there are so many variants it’s a tall order to cover everyone. So if you see an LGTBQIA+ item that doesn’t have your specific representation please shot me an email and we can make it happen.
